国际工程项目风险评价指标体系及模型构建研究

摘要

国际工程项目风险分析和评价是国际工程项目管理和实践的基础和前提,科学而合理的国际工程风险评价指标体系和模型的构建对提升国际工程项目风险评价的能力和方法意义重大.文章阐述了国际工程项目风险评价的研究进展；建立了主要包括政治风险、经济风险、施工风险、合同风险、目标系统风险等内容的国际工程项目风险评价指标体系,构建了基于标准差修正G1组合赋权方法的国际工程项目风险评价模型,并对国际工程项目风险评价的步骤、要点等进行了设计.%International project risk analysis and evaluation is the foundation and basis of international project management and practice,and scientific and rational construction of international project risk evaluation index system and model is of great significance to enhance capabilities and methods of international project risk evaluation.The paper explains the research progress of international project risk evaluation,constructs the international project risk evaluation index system which mainly includes the political risk,economical risk,construction risk,contract risk and target system risk,constructs the international engineering project risk evaluation model based on the standard-correction-G1 model,and designs the evaluation steps and main points of the international engineering project risk evaluation.
