The essay analyzed the current status of curricula development of Shaanxi prefectures and city's vocational colleges and pointed out the main problems existed in curricula development , proposed the courses'development modes that Shaanxi prefectures and city 's vocational colleges should choose .%分析了陕西地市高职院校课程开发的现状，指出了课程开发的主要问题，提出了陕西地市高职院校课程开发应选择的模式。
