关于航海高等职业院校文化建设的若干思考

摘要

Nowadays the lack of the cultural spirit in marine higher vocational colleges hinders the further development of those colleges.With the analysis of the connotation and function of campus culture,and the factors constructing the cultural spirit in marine higher vocational colleges,this essay elaborates the author's thinking on the cultural development in marine higher vocational colleges,and outlines the basic principles in constructing cultural spirit in colleges,and further developing marine culture,semi-militarizing management culture and the cultures with other characteristics%近年来随着航海高职院校的发展,文化韵味缺失等不良现象逐步显现,并成为制约和困扰各航海类高职院校深层次发展、内涵建设的一大瓶颈。本文重点分析了校园文化的内涵、功能、航海高职院校文化要素构成,并基于对文化要素的分析,阐述了航海高职院校文化建设的几点思考,提出了构建大学文化、航海文化、半军事化管理文化以及传统特色文化的基本思路。
