山羊前体脂肪细胞体外培养试验

摘要

This experiment improved the traditional digestion culture of goats preadipocytes in vitro and changed the composition of the traditional culture medium.The results show that the digestion culture improved the culture efficiency of primary cell and the cell morphology,the cell proliferative activity has no significant decrease.The primary cells success difference into fat cells induction and the lipid droplets can be found intracelluar,which can be dyed red by Oil Red O.Therefore,this improved digestion culture is an effective culture method of the goats tpreadipocyte and provides a good platform for the research of goats preadipocytes.%本试验对山羊前体脂肪细胞体外培养传统消化法以及细胞培养液的组成进行改良.结果表明经过改良的消化培养法得到的原代细胞培养效率提高,细胞形态良好,传代后细胞增殖活性无明显降低.经诱导培养后细胞分化成脂肪细胞,细胞内出现脂滴,可被油红O染成红色.故改良消化培养法是一种有效的山羊前体脂肪细胞培养方法,为进行山羊前体脂肪细胞的相关研究提供良好的技术平台.
