不同烤烟品种田间烟叶耐熟性强弱判定方法初探

         

摘要

通过设置不同烤烟品种单因素实验,测定烟叶呈现呈现成熟特征后相同时间内丙二醛、叶绿素的含量及不同烤烟品种间两者含量变化速率大小,进而确定烤烟烟叶田间耐熟性强弱的判定方法的可行性.结果表明,不同烤烟品种上、中部叶丙二醛含量变化呈上升趋势,叶绿素含量变化呈下降趋势,其上部叶含量变化大小均为粤烟98>粤烟97>K326,而中部叶含量变化规律不明显.其上、中部叶丙二醛、叶绿素含量变化速率趋势一致,相同时间内烟叶丙二醛、叶绿素含量变化速率K326<粤烟97<粤烟98,即K326的成熟衰老速度小于粤烟97小于粤烟98,同时根据烟叶产量大小及对比分析综合考虑,以此来确定三个烤烟品种间的耐熟性强弱.通过测定不同烤烟品种上部叶烟叶呈现成熟特征以后的相同时间内的丙二醛、叶绿素含量,计算出其变化速率,根据变化速率大小确定品种间耐熟性强弱,即变化速率越大耐熟性越弱;而中部叶其变化速率规律不明显,即可以确定该判定方法不适宜于中部叶耐熟性强弱判定,而更适合于上部烟叶耐熟性强弱判定.%Through setting different flue-cured tobacco varieties single factor experiment,determination the content of MDA and chlorophyll when the tobacco leaves showed the mature characteristics in the same time and the rate of change of the content of different flue-cured tobacco varieties,then determine the feasibility of the method for determining the resistance of flue cured tobacco in field.Results shows that the content of MDA showed a increased trend and chlorophyll content showed a downward trend in the upper and middle leaves of flue-cured tobacco,and the changes of the content of the upper leaves were Yueyan98>Yueyan97>K326,but the content change rule in middle leaves was not obvious.The change trend of MDA and chlorophyll content in upper and middle leaves were consistent,and the change rate of MDA and chlorophyll content in tobacco leaves were Yueyan98>Yueyan97>K326 at the same tine,and according to the yield of tobacco leaf and comparative analysis,in order to determine the resistance of three flue-cured tobacco varieties.The content of MDA and chlorophyll in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco varieties were determined at the same time after maturity,and calculate the rate of change,according to the rate of change to determine the resistance to maturity,that is,the greater the change rate is the weaker the tolerance;however,the change rate of middle leaves were not obvious,it can be concluded that the method is not suitable for the determination of the resistance to maturity in the middle leaves,and it was more suitable for the upper tobacco leaf maturity.
