冠心病患者自我管理水平及影响因素分析

摘要

目的：了解冠心病患者自我管理水平并分析其影响因素，为冠心病的二级预防提供理论依据。方法：采用冠心病患者自我管理问卷对160例患者的自我管理水平进行调查，并与人口学资料、疾病相关情况进行相关分析。结果：冠心病患者自我管理总分为（69.65±11.83）分，总体呈中等水平，其影响因素主要有文化程度、个人月均收入、医疗付费方式及健康教育等。结论：冠心病患者自我管理水平不理想，其影响因素是多方面的，应对患者进行针对性综合干预。%Objective:To investigate the self-management level and analyze the influencing factors of patients with coronary heart dis-ease( CHD)in order to provide a theoretical basis for the secondary prevention of CHD. Methods:The self-management questionnaire was used to make an investigation on the self-management level of 160 patients with CHD and the related data were analyzed. Results:The to-tal score of self-management of patients with CHD was 69. 65 ± 11. 83 points and it was in a moderate level. The main influencing fac-tors included the educational level,personal monthly income,medical payment form and health education level. Conclusion:The compre-hensive intervention should be given to the patients with CHD because of the unsatisfactory self-management level.
