血管生成素和内抑制素在口腔颌面淋巴管畸形组织中的表达

         

摘要

目的:探讨血管生成素( angiogenin-1,ANG-1)、内抑制素(endostatin,END)在口腔颌面部淋巴管畸形中的表达及与口腔颌面部淋巴管畸形发生的关系.方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院病理科2002-07~2006-12存档的38例口腔颌面部淋巴管畸形石蜡标本,用免疫组化SABC法检测ANG-1及END的表达,并对染色图像进行计算机图文定量分析;统计学处理应用SPSS 14.00软件包,计量资料采用t检验,检验水准为α<0.05.结果:ANG-1在淋巴管畸形中呈现高表达(p<0.05),END在淋巴管畸形中呈现低表达(p<0.05);而在大囊型及微囊型淋巴管畸形中ANG-1及END表达均无明显差异(p>0.05).结论:ANG-1及END与口腔颌面部淋巴管畸形的发生有明显关系,但与淋巴管畸形的类型无关.%Objective: Tostudy the expression of angiogenin- l(ANG-l) and endoslatin(END) in lymphatic malformation of oral and maxillofacial region. Methods: The expression of ANG-1 and END was examined in the praffin imbedded specimens of 38 cases of lym-phytic malformation of oromaxillo-facial region by immunochemistiy SABC method. The results were analysed by computerized quantitative analysis system. Student's (test was used for statistic analysis with SPSS 14.00 software package (a = 0.05). Results: Higher expression of ANG-1 and lower expression of END were observed in lymphatic malformation than in normal lymph tissue of oromaxillo-facial region (P < 0.05). There was no difference of ANG-1 and END expressions between large oystic and microcystic lymphatic malfor-mation(P>0.05). Conclusion: ANG-l and END are related to the development of lymphatic malformation of oromaxillo-facial region, but not related to the types of the lesion.
