地方高校党员教育管理“一体四化”创新模式初探

摘要

At present, the local universities are faced with the challenges of the Party members education and administration.To deal with the problems effectively, they are trying to construct a One & Four Model to educate and administrate the Party members, that is, one body——grass-root Party committees and four mechanisms——network, democracy, society and system.%当前地方高校党员教育管理面临诸多新的挑战，要有效应对挑战，地方高校应当着力构建一种“一体四化”，即以高校各级基层党组织为主体，以网络化、民主化、社会化和制度化为机制的党员教育管理新模式。
