社区老年志愿者居家养老照护知识和技能的了解与需求研究

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors on the knowledge and skills of elderly volunteers on home-based care for the aged,to provide the reference for the following training.Method A self-designed questionnaire of home-based care knowledge and skills was used to investigate a total of 131 elderly volunteers who had home-based care experience from 5 streets in Beijing.Results The elderly volunteers had lower knowledge and skills in home-based care on 18 items,and higher needs for the relevant training.The knowledge and skills of elder volunteers had correlations with education level,frequency to attend the volunteers activity and whether receiving the care training.Conclusion The elderly volunteers have weak cognitions and high needs on knowledge and skills of home-based care.It is very necessary to improve the quality of home care activity by providing further training and management.%目的 调查社区老年志愿者居家养老照护知识和技能的了解与需求现状及影响因素,为培训提供参考.方法 采用自设问卷对北京市5条街道131名从事过居家养老照护工作的社区老年志愿者进行居家养老照护知识和技能了解与需求的调查.结果 老年志愿者对设计18个方面的照护知识和技能总体了解程度不高,对18个方面知识和技能的培训需求程度较高.文化程度、参加志愿活动频次、是否接受过相关照顾指导知识为主要影响因素.结论 在社区居家养老照护工作中,老年志愿者对居家养老照护知识和技能的了解并不充分,他们对知识和技能有较高的培训需求,后续需要加强对其的培训和管理,从而提高照护志愿活动的质量.
