As the start of the long-term care insurance System for edlerly on Apr. 1, 2000 there will be increasing the number of the elderly who are supported of home medical services as well as home help services. Therefore, the need to discuss the social, cultural, personal and physical environment surrounding the elderly of home care in terms of activity area will come out.
