重庆市社区卫生服务中心托老科护士工作体验的质性研究

         

摘要

Objective To deeply understand the work experience of nurses in elderly care department of community health service cen-ters.Methods A semi structured in-depth interview was conducted on 12 nurses from elderly care department of 3 community health service centers in Chongqing,and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis.Results The interview results were presented as 5 themes:lack of correct cognition and good identification at the beginning of the entry,suffering from pressure and challenge in the process of elderly care services,lack of systematic training in the professional knowledge and skills,unsatisfaction of the salary and welfare of the pension profes-sion,and the sense of identity of the professional values gradually highlighted during the work process.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the cognition and identity of the social and nurse groups to the nursing profession,relieve the pressure of nursing work,establish a standard-ized and systematic training system for nursing vocational education,improve the salary level of nurses,so as to improve the enthusiasm and stability of the nurses,and further expand the nursing staff.%目的 深入了解社区卫生服务中心托老科护士的工作感受.方法 对重庆市3所社区卫生服务中心托老科的12名护士进行半结构式深度访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行分析.结果 访谈结果可归纳为5个主题:入职之初对养老职业缺乏正确认知及良好认同;在养老服务过程中遭遇压力和挑战;在养老专业知识及技能方面缺乏系统的培训;对养老职业的薪资和福利待遇感到不满足;工作过程中对养老职业价值认同感逐渐凸显.结论 建议提高社会及护士群体对养老护理职业的认知与认同感,缓解养老护士工作压力,建立规范系统的养老护理职业教育培训制度,提高养老护士的薪资待遇水平,从而提高养老护士工作积极性,稳定及进一步扩大养老护士人才队伍.
