基于轻量化三维模型的CAD/CAPP/CNC系统集成技术研究

         

摘要

Aim. It is difficult to exchange and share 3D model information among CAD, CAPP, CAM and CNC systems. To solve this problem, under the support of the P. R. China National High-Tech R&D Program, we put forward a new approach. Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the full paper explain the results of our exploration. The core of section 1 is the establishment of the model of a CAD/CAPP/CNC computer integrated manufacturing system with lightweight 3 D model to manage the information on product manufacturing, whose architecture and functions are given in Fig. 1. The core of section 2 is the analysis of each system' s functions of product manufacturing and data flow and then the establishment of the integrated information model with the lightweight 3D model. To extract manufacturing features from the design features in the lightweight 3D model, section 3 develops a feature extraction method that uses feature representation and feature mapping; to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of our integrated system, we use the Visual Studio 2005 to develop a 3D feature extraction prototype system, whose interface is shown in Fig. 7; the analysis of the feature extraction prototype system shows that our computer integrated manufacturing system can effectively exchange and share the 3D model information among CAD, CAPP and CNC systems.%针对CAD、CAPP、CAM及CNC系统间共享和交换三维模型信息瓶颈问题,在综合分析各系统的不同功能及对三维模型信息需求的基础上,依据轻量化三维模型标准,建立了基于轻量化三维模型的系统集成信息模型,并在此基础上构建了基于轻量化三维模型的CAD/CAPP/CNC集成系统,实现了各系统间共享和交换三维模型信息的目的.对系统集成信息模型、基于轻量化三维模型的制造特征转换等关键技术进行了详细的研究,并通过实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.
