贯彻落实《中华人民共和国慈善法》推动宗教慈善健康有序发展

摘要

The publication of Charity Law of People's Republic of China has offered a brand new his-torical opportunity for religious work.This very law has promoted legislative status and effect of charity law,has overcome the disadvantages of complication and low efficiency of previous laws.This law has confirmed charitable organizations as the subj ect of charity activities,and has established com-paratively low threshold so as to regulate the subj ect qualification and behavior requirements.The law has also strengthened and specified such aspects as the behavior norms,internal management,infor-mation publication;and this helps the charitable subj ects to realize basic requests such as standard in-ternal management and transparent external publication.The implementation of Charity Law of Peo-ple's Republic of China will promote the healthy and orderly development of religious charity cause in China.%《中国人民共和国慈善法》的出台给宗教工作提供了崭新的历史机遇。该法提升了慈善立法的位阶和效力，克服了之前相关法律文件繁杂低效的弊端；它明确将慈善组织作为慈善活动主体，并设定了较低的准入门槛，规范了主体资格和行为要求；对慈善组织的行为准则、内部治理、信息公开等方面，都进一步严格和细化了管理规范，有助于宗教慈善主体实现内部管理规范和外部公开透明的基本诉求。贯彻落实《中华人民共和国慈善法》将推动我国宗教慈善事业的健康有序发展。
