以甘肃苦水及辽宁开原引进苦水玫瑰种源和冷香玫瑰为供试材料,选择2个品种的1年生离体休眠枝条为试材,通过-25、-30、-35、-38(哈尔滨地区极限温度)、-40℃低温胁迫处理,分别对其相对电导率,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,游离脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质量分数的动态变化进行测定与分析,并通过恢复试验评级其抗寒性.结果表明:苦水玫瑰低温胁迫半致死温度为-43.3 ℃,冷香玫瑰低温胁迫半致死温度为-44.9℃,冷香玫瑰较苦水玫瑰对低温胁迫的耐受能力强,与恢复生长试验结果相吻合.%Rosa rugosa ' kushui' and Rosa rugosa ' lengxiang' were introduced from Kushui in Gansu Province and Kaiyuan in Liaoning Province to Harbin, respectively. Cold stress treatment was conducted on the two varieties using one-year-old detached dormant branches as research objects. The relative electrical conductivity, SOD activity, POD activity, free proline content, and soluble protein content were measured under different temperatures (-25, -30, -35, -38, -40 degrees C). The semilethal temperatures (LT50) of R, rugosa 'kushui' and R. rugosa 'lengxiang' are -43.3 and -44.9 degrees C. The cold resistance of R. rugosa ' lengxiang' is a little higher than that of R. rugosa ' kushui' , which is consistent with the result of recovery growth experiment.
