杂种落叶松子代针叶内单宁质量分数及防御性酶活性的变化

         

摘要

Plant tannin and defensive enzymes play important roles in plant growth.The vanillin-HCL method and UV-spectrometry were used to investigate the relationships between tannin or defensive enzyme activities and insect resistance in needles of hybrids of Larix kaempferi,L.gmelinii and L.olgensis.The contents of tannin,activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL),polyphemol oxidase (PPO),trypsin inhibitors (TI) and chymotrypsin inhibitors (CI) were compared in needles of the F1 and F2 generations from seven strains of the three species.The results showed that there is difference (P<0.05) in the contents of tannin,the activities of PAL,PPO,TI and CI between F1 and F2 generations of seven strains.The activity of PAL or PPO in F1 generation are higher than those in F2 generation,while the tannin content,the activity of TI and CI in F1 generation are lower than those in F2 generation.Combined with other insect resistance physiological indexes,the hybrid advantage of F1 generation is higher than that in F2 generation,and L.kaempferi 3 × L.gmelinii 2 of F1 generation,L.kaempferi 3 × L.gmelinii 9 of both generations are with better insect resistance.%植物单宁及防御性酶对植物健康生长起着重要的防御作用.为了研究杂种落叶松不同子代之间针叶内单宁质量分数及防御性酶活性与抗虫性的关系,用香草醛盐酸反应法、紫外分光光度法对日本落叶松(Larixkaempferi)、兴安落叶松(L.gmelinii和长白落叶松(L.olgensis)杂交后7个家系的F1和F2代针叶内的单宁质量分数、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、胰蛋白酶抑制剂(TI)和胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂(CI)的活性及其差异进行了比较分析.结果表明:7个家系的F1、F2代单宁质量分数、PAL、PPO、TI和CI的活性存在不同差异性(P<0.05);F1代PAL、PPO活性普遍高于F2代,单宁质量分数、TI和CI的活性低于F2代.结合其它抗虫生理指标,认为F1代杂种优势高于F2代,F1代日3×兴2、F1和F2代日3×兴9具有较好的潜在抗虫性.
