一测多评法同时测定狮马龙活络油中的薄荷脑与水杨酸甲酯含量

摘要

Objective:To establish the method of Shi Ma Long activating collaterals medicate d oil quality control.Methods: Menthol as an indicator, to establish the calibration factor of menthol and methyl salicylate.Use the calibration factor to calculat the content of the Methylis salicylas.At the same time, comparing the result of QAMS and the result of area-external standard method.Examining the chromatographic column of different brands,and evaluating the accuracy and science of application in the compound preparation. Results: Evaluation on the accuracy of the quality control method indicate that,there is no significant difference when uses different chromatographic columns,and there is no significant difference between the results of QAMS and the area-external standard method (RSD<2%).Conclusion:TheQAMS which simultaneous determinate Menthol and Methyl salicylate can control the quality of Shi Ma Long activating collaterals medicated oil well and truly.%目的：建立狮马龙活络油一测多评的质量控制方法。方法：以薄荷脑为指标，建立狮马龙活络油中该成分与水杨酸甲酯的相对校正因子，用校正因子计算水杨酸甲酯的含量，同时对一测多评的计算与外标法实测值进行比较，并对不同品牌的色谱柱进行考查，评价一测多评法在复方制剂中应用的准确性与科学性。结果：建立了狮马龙活络油的含量控制方法，方法准确性评价结果表明，利用一测多评法在不同色谱柱的计算值与外标法实测值之间无显著差异（RSD<2%）。结论：以薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯同步测定的一测多评法控制狮马龙活络油的质量是可行的、准确的。
