基于 ATmega32和 SPI 的微机保护出口操作板智能校验装置

         

摘要

微机继电保护装置出口操作板是驱动断路器跳合闸的重要元件,对该插件上继电器工况的检验工作具有重要意义。研究分析保护测控装置对操作回路继电器要求,制定了各继电器的具体校验方法。基于单片机和 SPI 总线技术,设计了一套微机保护出口操作板智能校验装置。该校验装置硬件部分采用ATmega32单片机为控制核心,通过 SPI 总线驱动高精度的16位 DA 转换器,并经功率放大电路产生可调直流信号施予待测继电器来实现继电器精确校验。装置上位机软件运用图形化的 LabVIEW 语言和数据库技术设计,单片机监控软件采用模块化编程。本装置可应用于微机继电保护装置制造厂家的生产调试和供电公司现场设备试验中,测试效率更高。%Microprocessor relay protection tripping-operation-board is an important component to drive circuit breaker tripping and closing. It is also significant to inspect the relay condition. By researching the requirement of protection and control devices to operation circuit relays,Calibration method of each relay is specifically developed. A set of computer protection operation panel intelligent calibration device is proposed based on SCM and SPI bus technology.ATmega32 is used as controlling core in the hardware part of the calibration device. Highly accurate 16 DA converter is drived by the SPI bus and through the adjustable DC signal caused by power amplifier circuit,untested relays can be checked accurately. The graphical LabVIEW language and database technology is used to design PC software. SCM monitoring software is programmed modularly. This device can be applied to production debugging of relay protection device manufacturer and supply company’s equipment test presently. It can be tested more efficiently.
