从上海新天地看叙事空间价值在历史城区的构建

摘要

This essay takes narrative space as a breakthrough point by first analyzing the evolution of space value and then researching the value construction of narrative space. The value of narrative space can be divided into three kinds as follows: historical and cultural value of narrative space, narrative value towards people’s emotional attribution val-ue and economic value of narrative space. Based on this, the author carries out a relevant research and analysis towards the case of Shanghai New World and thus draws the following conclusions. Shanghai New World has done very well in historical and cultural value and economic value because it has integrated Shanghai culture into it, which is well worth our reference except that there still remains some lack of people’s emotional attribution value. It needs further correction and we should learn a lesson from it.%文章以叙事空间作为切入点，首先分析了空间价值从经典的、现代主义的到后经典的三种形态演变过程，然后研究了叙事空间的价值构建：将其分为历史文化价值、情感归属价值以及经济价值，对上海新天地个案进行了分析。研究得出以下结论：上海新天地很好地把海派文化融入其中，通过合理使用自身的历史文化名片，使叙事空间成为该片区甚至整个城市的历史文化典型符号，获得最大的历史文化效益；它通过对叙事空间中传统建筑基础设施的改造以及建筑物的重新利用，使其经济活动能够焕发活力，带动其自身及其周边地块的发展，获得最大的经济效益；但它在人们的情感归属价值方面做得有些欠缺，需要进一步完善。
