产业集群发展已成为江苏经济发展的重要组成部分，并对高技能人才的培养提出了新要求。江苏高职教育有着丰厚的历史积淀，但面临产业集群发展仍存在适应性不足和人才培养泛化的弊端。江苏高职教育应在准确把握区域经济发展潮流的基础上，增强人才培养的针对性与实效性，加大人才培养模式改革力度，坚持学历教育与非学历教育（社会培训）并举，全力打造新型高职教育模式，为江苏产业集群发展提供智力支持。%The development of industrial cluster is an indispensable part of economic development in Jiangsu, and has enhanced the standards for the cultivation of talents with high technical abilities. Higher vocational education in Jiangsu has a long history, but there are also problems and drawbacks such as inflexible adaptability and generalized cultivation. Therefore, it is necessary to take into consideration the regional economic development, strengthen the pertinence and practicality of cultivation of talents, fasten the reform of cultivation of talents, lay due emphasis on both school education and social training, and create a new pattern for higher vocational education, so as to support the development of industri-al cluster intellectually.
