新型工业化背景下陕西县域产业集群发展的问题与对策--基于陕西工业化阶段的分析

目前陕西县域工业化处于工业化中期阶段，产业集群是新型工业化背景下陕西实现跨越式发展路径的必然选择。陕西在县域产业集群发展中仍存在很多问题。解决问题的根本办法在于政府改变观念，服务引导县域产业集群化发展。%At present, Shaanxi county industrialization is in the middle stage of the industrialization. Industrial cluster is an important measure for China to promote regional economic development. Industrial cluster is an inevitable choice to realize great leap forward development path under the background of new industrialization in Shaanxi. Shaanxi still has a lot of problems in the development of county industrial clusters. The fundamental methods of resolving the problem are :the change of local government develop‐ment conception, by offering more convenient services to Shaanxi county industrial clusters.
