目的 研究初发2型糖尿病患者馒头餐试验后胰高糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)的分泌情况.方法 选择30例初发2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和10名健康志愿者(对照组),行馒头餐试验.均于空腹,餐后30、60、120和180 min静脉取血测定血糖、血浆胰岛素和GLP-1(7-36).结果 糖尿病组馒头餐试验后胰岛素水平及GLP-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 初发2型糖尿病患者馒头餐试验后GLP-1水平降低.%Objective To investigate the secretion patterns of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) after standard breakfast in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods A standard test meal (steamed bread prepared by 100 g of flour) was given to 30 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and 10 healthy subjects. Venous blood was drawn before and 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes after food intake for blood glucose,insulin and GLP-K7-36) concentrations. Results After the test meal consumption,the levels of plasma insulin and GLP-K7-36) amide in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were lower than those in healthy subjects(P<0. 05). Conclusion Postprandial GLP-1 response is decreased in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.
