显微手术切除颅内血管周细胞瘤2例并文献复习

摘要

目的:探讨血管周细胞瘤的影像学特点及显微手术治疗方法,以提高对本病的诊断和治疗水平.方法:显微手术治疗2例拟诊为血管周细胞瘤的病例,收集病史资料,总结手术经验.结果:2例患者术前均行头颅CT、MRI检查,拟诊为血管周细胞瘤,均行显微手术治疗,术后恢复顺利,病理诊断为血管周细胞瘤.结论:血管周细胞瘤临床表现及影像学表现不典型,易误诊为脑膜瘤,肿瘤血供丰富,手术切除过程中应注意控制出血.%Objective:To study the imaging characteristics and microsurgery of intracranial hemangiopericytoma,in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Microsurgery was performed for 2 cases diagnosed as hemangiopericytomas,and clinical data was analyzed.Results:Two patients were performed with head CT,MRI,and diagnosed as hemangiopericytomas.All 2 patients were treated by microscopic surgery,and postoperatively recovered smoothly,pathological diagnosis as hemangiopericytomas.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations and imaging findings of hemangiopericytomas are not typical,easily misdiagnosed as meningioma,its blood supply is rich,we should pay attention to control bleeding in surgical resection process.
