恶性肿瘤患者血清肌酸激酶同工酶高于肌酸激酶原因分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the reason of malignant tumor patientsˊ serum CK - MB higher than CK. Meth-ods:Use VITROS5600 automatic biochemical analyzer to determine malignant patients serum CK - MB and CK activi-ty. Results:In 139 cases of 5612 malignant tumors patients,CK - MB activity is higher than that of CK activity,ac-counting for 2. 5% . Among these malignant tumor patients,O - and B - type blood accounted for 65% . Conclusion:Other than methodology reasons,immune system disorder and sicker patients are also factors that lead to CK - MB ac-tivity higher than CK.%目的：探讨恶性肿瘤患者血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK - MB）活性高于肌酸激酶（CK）的原因。方法：在VITROS5600全自动生化免疫分析仪上测定恶性肿瘤患者血清 CK - MB 和 CK 活性。结果：5612例恶性肿瘤患者血清中139例 CK - MB 活性高于 CK 活性，占恶性肿瘤患者的2.5%。恶性肿瘤患者中，O 型与 B 型血占65%。结论：CK - MB 活性高于 CK 活性除了方法学所致原因之外，恶性肿瘤患者免疫力低下或病情加重也是重要的影响因素。
