机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺根治性切除术中尿控和性功能保留的关键手术技巧

摘要

Radical prostatectomy is one of the most difficult urological surgeries due to the limited pelvic space,multiple adjacent vital organs,and supreme objective of this operation.Based on accumulated rich experi-ence of early laparoscopic and robotic surgeries,the author made further exploration on the key techniques for the preservation of continence and potency in robotic radical prostatectomy,effectively reducing the difficulty and in-creasing the effectiveness of the surgery.%前列腺癌根治术因其手术操作空间狭小、周围重要器官多、手术需达成的既定目标高，而成为泌尿外科难度较大的手术之一。本文作者通过前期大量手术经验积累，从尿控功能保留和性功能保留两方面深入探讨相关的关键手术技巧，力争降低手术难度、提高手术效果。
