摘要

The advent of robotic-assisted laparoscopic techniques,with advantages of improved 3D visualiza-tion of the operative field and increased dexterity allowing more precise and complicated procedure,overcomes the limitations.The current status,advantages and disadvantages,future perspectives of robotic-assisted laparoscopy are reviewed.%机器人手术系统超越了传统外科与腹腔镜技术的局限性，其卓越的三维视野及其更好的灵巧性，能够完全完成更精细和负责的操作；本文对机器人腹腔镜的现状、优势与不足、未来发展作相关论述。
