糖尿病视网膜病变眼底激光治疗配合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服疗效观察

摘要

To analyze fundus laser treatment with oral hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsules the clinical therapeutic effect of diabetic retinopathy .Methods:From January 2013 to January 2014 in treatment of non val-ue-added of diabetic retinopathy ,180 cases of patients ,according to random number table of all the cases were random-ly divided into two groups ,observation group and control group respectively ,and the one of the treatment group is the laser treatment of retinal and plus hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsule oral treatment ,while control group only through the whole retinal laser treatment .One treatment cycle for six months ,the two groups before and after treatment in patients with fundus changes of the situation analysis of observation ,the observed indicators including fundus examination ,fundus statues ,OCT ,FFA ,comprehensive evaluation indexes such as vision effect ,as well as in-spection on safety indicators ,including blood ,urine routine ,heart kidney function index ,etc .Results:Two groups of patients in different ways of treatment ,the result shows :the observation group of patients in 44 patients with retinop-athy happened of improvement ,accounts for the proportion of all patients was 48 .9% ,the control group in patients with retinopathy in improving patients with 26 cases ,accounting for 28 .9% of all patients ,there are significant differ-ences between the two groups with statistical difference (P<0 .05);in terms of safety index ,the proportion of patients with adverse reactions in the observation group was 0 .71% ,compared with 6 .43% for the control .Conclusion:Retinal laser treatment with hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium capsules ,oral treatment the curative effect of diabetic reti-nopathy is superior to pure using fundus laser treatment effect ,higher safety at the same time ,is worth wide applica-tion in clinic .%目的：分析探讨眼底激光治疗配合口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院2013年1月-2014年1月期间治疗非增值性糖尿病视网膜病变的患者180例，按照随机数字表的方式将所有病例随机分为两组，分别为观察组与对照组，其中观察组的治疗方式是全视网膜激光治疗并且外加羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服治疗，而对照组仅仅是通过全视网膜激光进行治疗。其中治疗周期为6个月，对两组患者治疗前与治疗后的眼底变化情况进行观察分析，其中观察的指标主要包括眼底检查、眼底造像、OCT、FFA、视力等综合评价指标，同时还要对安全性指标进行检查，主要包括血、尿、便常规及心、肝、肾功能等指标。结果：两组患者通过不同方式的治疗，结果显示：观察组患者中视网膜病变发生好转的有44例，占所有患者的比例为48．9％，对照组患者中视网膜病变发生好转的有26例，占所有患者的比例为28．9％，两组之间存在明显的差异，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；在安全性指标方面，观察组中患者发生不良反应的比例为0．71％，而对照组的比例为6．43％。结论：眼底激光治疗配合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效作用要优于单纯使用眼底激光治疗的效果，同时安全性较高，值得在临床上广泛应用。
