目的：研究朴术颗粒的提取工艺。方法：以厚朴酚与和厚朴酚总含量、得膏率为指标，采用单因素、多因素试验法优选提取工艺。结果：五味药材水提取得膏率较高，水提醇沉和50％醇提有效成分转移率较高；白术、陈皮、厚朴提取工艺，60％、70％、80％乙醇提取效果无明显差异，优于50％乙醇，提取次数为主要影响因素，提取时间、溶剂量为次要因素。结论：白术、陈皮、厚朴最优提取工艺为A3B2C2，即60％乙醇提取3次，加入乙醇量分别为药材量的8倍、6倍、4倍，1．5h／次。%Objective:To investigate the extraction process of Puzhu Granule .Methods:Using the content of Magnolol and Honokiol and extracting ratio as evaluating indexes ,we selected the optimum extracting condition by one‐way and orthogonal design .Results:The extracting ratio was higher when five medicinal herbs were extracted in water .The me‐tastasis of active ingredients was higher when we used water extraction and alcohol precipitation or 50% alcohol extrac‐tion .The extraction effects of 60% ,70% ,80% alcohol had no significant difference and better than 50% alcohol .Ex‐traction times was the major influence factor ,extraction time and solvent volume were the minor factors .Conclusion:The optimum extracting condition was A3B2C2:extracting 3 times using 60% alcohol ,adding alcohol for 8 ,6 ,4 times and extracting for 1 .5h ,respectively .
