早产胎膜早破孕妇血清中IL-6、TNF-α、sICAM-1的水平及临床意义

         

摘要

目的:探讨早产胎膜早破孕妇血清中IL‐6、TNF‐α、sICAM‐1的水平及临床意义。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院产科住院确诊的早产胎膜早破孕妇60例作为研究对象,根据是否合并绒毛膜羊膜炎分为感染组32例,非感染组28例;选取同期在我院住院分娩的足月孕妇20例为对照组,检测80例孕妇血清中IL‐6、TNF‐α、sICAM‐1的水平,并分析三组间差异是否具有统计学意义。结果:早产感染组IL‐6显著高于早产非感染组及足月对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),早产非感染组及足月对照组相比无差异(P>0.05),早产感染组INF‐α、sICAM‐1显著高于早产非感染组及足月对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早产非感染组及足月对照组相比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:早产胎膜早破孕妇血清中IL‐6、INF‐α、sICAM‐1的水平升高与感染性胎膜早破有关,可作为临床预测感染性胎膜早破早产的生物学指标。%Objective :To investigate the level and clinical value of IL‐6 ,TNF‐α,sICAM‐1 in serum of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes .Methods :In December 2014 January 2013 in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region people’s hospital maternity hospital diagnosed premature rupture of fetal membranes of pregnant women in 60 cases as the research object ,according to whether the merger of the 32 cases of patients with non infection group ,28 cases of non infected group ,20 cases of pregnant women in our hospital were selected as control group ,80 cases of pregnant women serum TNF‐α,sICAM‐1 ,IL‐6 levels ,and analysis of whether the difference between the three groups has statistical significance .Results:Premature infection group IL‐6 was significantly higher than that in non infected group and term control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .01) .There was no difference between the non infection group and the term control group (P>0 .05) .The INF‐α was significantly higher in preterm group and term control group (P<0 .05) ,there was no difference between the non infection group and the term control group (P>0 .05) .And sICAM‐1 was significantly higher than that in non infected group and term group (P<0 .05) .There was no difference between the non infection group and the term control group (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion:The levels of IL‐6 ,INF‐αand sICAM‐1 in serum of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes were related to the infec‐tion of premature rupture of membranes ,which can be used as a biological indicator for predicting premature rupture of membranes .
