基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA圆盘剪带钢剪切过程仿真研究

         

摘要

针对圆盘剪带钢剪切质量不高,且同时剪切过程中一些复杂的现象无法通过解析法或实验法得到有效解释的问题,根据圆盘剪带钢剪切过程的变形特点,基于对有限元分析理论的研究,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件,建立了切边圆盘剪剪切带钢的有限元仿真模型,对带钢动态剪切过程进行了弹塑性有限元分析.通过仿真计算分析,得到了带钢断裂过程中应力应变分布情况,导出了剪切过程中剪切力的变化规律曲线以及剪切过程中废边的运动状态规律.研究结果表明:有限元分析法计算剪切力具有一定的有效性,与实际剪切过程相符;另外,由于有限元模拟结果可靠,可作为圆盘剪设计制造的依据.%Aiming at the problem that the shearing quality of disc shearing strip is not high, some complicated phenomena can not be ex-plained effectively by analytic method or experimental method,according to the deformation characteristics of shearing strip process,based on the theory of finite element analysis,the finite element analysis model of disk shear cutting strip edge was established by ANSYS/LS-DYNA ,and the elastic-plastic finite element analysis was carried out on the dynamic shear process of strip. Through the calculation and analysis, the stress and strain distribution of the strip during the fracture process was obtained,the variation law of the shear force during the shearing process and the movement state of the waste edge during the shearing process were derived,and the finite element method was used to calcu-late the shear. The results indicate that the effectiveness of the shear force is consistent with the actual shear process,and the finite element simulation results are reliable and can be used as the basis for the disc shearing design.
