基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA的废金属破碎机破碎过程仿真分析

摘要

Theoretical analysis of crushing process is conducted accroding to the actual working conditions of the scrap metal crusher.This paper uses the ANSYS/LS-DYNA to analyse the crushing proces,observes the crushing effect,obtains the stress distribution of hammer,pin and spindle and the stress-time curves of dangerous points and does the stree analysis.The theoretical basis is provided for crhsher's design and improvement.%根据废金属破碎机实际工作情况,对其破碎过程进行了理论分析.基于动力学分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对废金属破碎机破碎过程进行仿真分析,对破碎效果进行了观察分析,得到了锤头、锤轴、主轴的应力分布情况及危险点应力时间曲线,同时进行了应力分析,为破碎机的设计改进提供了理论依据.
