初中教师专业伦理状况调查与对策研究

         

摘要

初中教师在专业伦理方面存在着专业认识的多层次性与矛盾性、专业情感的多维性与冲突性、专业行为的不一致性与养成性等问题。这些问题源于教师自身、学校和社会等多方面。从教师自主发展需要的角度提出相应对策是解决这些问题的有效途径和手段,即以教师发展需要为导向,以学生成长需要为根本,以撰写教育案例为主要形式,以角色认知与反思为切入点。%There exist som e problem s for teachers' professional ethics in junior m iddle school, such as professional know ledge's m ulti-level and contradiction, professional em otion's m ulti-dim ension and conflict, and professional behavior's inconsistency and cultivation. These problem s com e from teachers them selves, schools and society. It puts forw ard the corresponding counterm easures that are effective approaches and m ethods for solving these problem s from the requirem ent of teachers' independent developm ent, w hich refers to orient w ith teachers' developm ent requirem ent, root w ith students' grow ing-up dem ands, take com piling educating case as the m ain form , and take the role cognition and reflection as point-cut.
