谈个性化教学对高职学生特色发展的促进作用

C haracteristic developm ent is to m ake students obtain their ow n unique skills and ability based on their characteristics. Through im plem enting the m anagem ent and organization of personalization teaching as w ell as personalization teaching strategies and teaching m odes, it can guarantee and prom ote students' characteristic developm ent, and provides the beneficial condition for the good developm ent of higher vocational students' career developm ent.%　　“特色发展”就是使学生以各自的特点为基础获得自己独特的技能和本领。高职院校通过实施基于个性化教学的管理与组织，通过实施个性化教学策略与教学模式，能保证和促进学生的特色发展，为高职生职业生涯的良性发展创造有利条件。
