HPLC法测定醒脑抗栓胶囊中芍药甙的含量

摘要

The content determination of Paeoniflorin in Xingnaokangshuang Capsules was carried out by HPLC .Chromatographic conditions:YWG-C18 column,2.6mm×250mm,10μm; Mobil phase: acetonitrile-phosphate buffer(20:80); Flow rate:1.2ml/min; Sensitivity: 0.02AUFS; Detection wavelength :230nm. Result: the recovery is 94.60% and RSD is 2.70% .%采用HPLC法测定醒脑抗栓胶囊中芍药甙的含量。色谱条件：YWG-C18柱，2.6 mm×250 mm，10μm；流动相：乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液（0.05 mol/LNaH2PO4，用NaOH调pH6.0）（20∶80），流速1.2 ml/min；量程0.02 AUFS；检测波长230 nm。测定结果，平均回收率为94.60%，RSD=2.70%。
