教师教育改革中师范生教学技能的培养:内涵、问题与对策--以济宁学院为例

     

摘要

Under the background of teacher education reforms, the new connotation of teaching skills training is the emphasis of the practicalness. Problems exist in the training of normal school students’ teaching skills. For example, the training of teaching skills is unstable; the practice quality of instructor teams is relatively low; the training of teaching skills is not sufficient. Solutions to these problems can be the following strategies: improving normal school students' understanding of teaching skills training; training normal school students' teaching skills comprehensively; improving the instructor team’s practical quality; ensuring the skill training of normal school students to be implemented; enhancing that normal school students have a broader teaching perspective; strengthening the training of normal school students' ability of management in teaching.%教师教育改革背景下教学技能培养的新内涵是指要加强实践教学,提升师范生实践素质。但高校师范生教学技能培养中仍存在着教学技能训练不够扎实、指导教师队伍实践素质缺乏、教学技能训练不够到位等问题。针对问题可以采取以下对策:提高师范生对教学技能训练的认识;全方位地训练师范生的教学技能;强化指导教师队伍的实践素质;保证师范生的技能训练落到实处;促使师范生拥有宽广的教学视野;加强师范生教学管理能力的培养。
