苏区干部好作风的实现途径

During the struggle in the Soviet Area, the Soviet cadres build up deep friendship and close contacts with local people. They establish in the people's heart a well-known image of their cleanness and sincerity for people's service. Their good working style were shaped in three approaches: emphasis in the training and development of soviet cadres, effective anti-corruption measures, and purposes of full-hearted service for the people.%在苏区革命斗争中，苏区干部同当地群众建立了深厚的友谊和密切的联系。在人民群众心里，苏区干部是清正廉洁的，是真心实意为他们谋利益的。因此，苏区干部的好作风是家喻户晓的。这种好作风的实现途径包括三个方面：重视对苏区干部队伍的培养与建设、加强反腐倡廉建设、坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨。
