基于供应链金融的中小企业与合作伙伴交易关系影响因素实证研究

摘要

通过对中小企业与供应链合作伙伴之间交易关系的实证研究发现，投资关系、信任关系、能力维度、信息共享程度和契约制约程度与双方交易呈正相关。并在此基础上提出了建议：1)加强与核心企业及上下游企业的投资关系、信任关系；2)以能力维度为尺度，增强企业自身实力；3)强化正式契约在供应链融资中的作用。%Through the empirical research on the influence factors of the trading relationship in the small and medium - sized enterprises,we found that the investment relations, relations of trust, the capacity dimension,the degree of information sharing and the degree of contract have positive correlation with the relations between the two sides.. On this basis,we also put forward some suggestions: 1 ) Strengthen investment relations with the core business and the downstream business,trust relationships;2)enhance SMEs own strength;3)strengthen the role of the supply chain financing in the formal contract.
