武警部队突发事件应急风险管理分析——基于湖南省区的实证论述

随着“两型”社会的不断发展和深入，湖南省突发事件呈现出新的特点，作为应对突发事件中起着中坚力量的武警部队，必须在不断分析现状、总结经验的基础上，查找优势、分析不足，明确应急管理应遵循的原则、程序、策略和责任分工。%ith the constant development and deepening of the two -oriented society, emergency events show new characteristics in Hunan province. The armed police force, which plays as the backbone in handling emergency events, must find the advantages and analyze the disadvantages on the basis of constant analysis of the current situation and summing up experiences to clear the principles, procedures, strategies and the division of responsibilities the emergency management should follow.
