制造业服务化研究述评

摘要

Since the 1980s , the servitization of manufacturing has become an international academic research in the emerging field , because it has the incomparable competitive advantage of traditional manufacturing industry . In this paper , we review the servitization of manufacturing as the advanced manufacturing . Through discussing with the origin of manufacturing , connotation of development , service classification , path selection , development model , product service system , and the challenge , etc ., this paper introduces the field of the servitization of manufacturing , content and achievements , and points out the future research fields .%20世纪80年代以来，制造业服务化因其较传统制造业而言具有不可比拟的竞争优势已经成为国际学术界研究的新兴领域，因此针对制造业服务化这一先进的制造模式进行了综述。通过对制造业服务化的起源与内涵发展、服务战略分类、路径选择、发展模式、产品服务系统、挑战等的论述，介绍了目前制造业服务化研究的领域、内容和成果，并指出了未来研究需要进一步关注的问题。
