Complex equality is another egalitarian dream which is superior to the simple equal. The key of complex equality become real is independent distribution, and the premise of ensure the independent distribution is to recognize a difference and defend the border. Monopoly and domination are two different concepts, and realize complex equality needs to eliminate domination but does not need to eliminate monopoly. Walzer's theory of complex equality has important enlightenment on the promoting reform of the income distribution system in the background of current China' comprehensive and deepening reform, and also helps to the realization of "Chinese dream".
