苏州高博软件技术职业学院兼职教师队伍建设探究

摘要

In the rapid development of China's economy today,the status of vocational education highlights the importance of the concept of practice ability training for students to meet the needs of market economy development.However implement this concept,the full-time teachers who complete the important task of training qualified students are not enough,must also estab-lish a stable team of part-time teachers and realize combination of full-time and part-time and promote each other.The au-thor takes the college as an example,analyzes the problem,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to benefit part-time teachers team construction in our college.%在中国经济飞速发展的今天，职业教育的地位突显，其重视对学生实践动手能力培养的理念符合市场经济发展需求。然而贯彻此理念、完成培养合格学生的重任仅凭专任老师还不够，还必须建立一支稳定的兼职教师队伍，实现专兼结合，相互促进。笔者以苏州高博软件技术职业学院为例，分析问题，提出对策，以期助益于我院兼职教师队伍建设。
