This model includes the preparation phase and implementation phase . In the preparation phase video recording is used to help the students become confident in class presentation . The implementation phase includes such activities as learning to teach , job week and learning to do . This model aims at helping the English education students get to know their own majors and other non -education majors so that they can adopt the right attitudes towards employment and become more competitive in future job hunting .
