职业兴趣在高职学生就业中影响力的相关研究

         

摘要

目前,市场上关于职业兴趣的研究内容非常多样,其中被涉及最多的理念就是霍兰德的兴趣理论,该理念是根据学生实际情况,从兴趣出发开展的全方位研究,属于就业影响力调查中的一项重要内容。现如今,我国高职学生就业情况两极分化严重,一部分学生就业毫无压力,在市场上可以很快站稳脚跟,另一部门却由于兴趣问题无法顺利择业。针对这样的情况,我们必须从职业兴趣入手开展研究,分析它对高职学生就业的影响,从而促进学生学习更好的发展。%At present, the research contents about the occupation interests are diverse in the market; the theory of interest was involved in most of Hollander's ideas; the concept is based on the actual situation of students, the full range of research from the perspective of interest, which belongs to one of the important contents in the survey of employment influence. Now, the employment situation of higher vocational students has polarized seriously. Some students have no pressure, and can quickly gain a firm foothold in the market, but the others cannot be employed smoothly because of the interests of the problem. In view of this situation, we must start from the professional inter-est to carry on the research, analyze its influence to the vocational student employment, and thus promote the stu-dent to develop better.
