“职业生涯管理理论”对高校教师专业发展的启示--基于福建师范大学教师教学发展中心的实践探索

         

摘要

Personal development of university teachers depends on effective guidance and planing of their occupational career .ln this thesis , we combine “Career Management Theory” of Swiss scholar Hugh Berman with practice and exploration in Fujian Normal University Teaching Development Center , proposing that we should respect teachers’ professional life cycle ,follow the dynamic nature of teachers’ career development and periodic characteristics of teachers’ own development , reasonably help university teachers to plan career , and stimulate their development potential to a larger extent .Realization approaches of university teachers’ career management and development are proposed from the aspects of strengthening development theories , reasonably designing periodic training mode , building communication platform among teachers ,setting up teaching ability improvement project ,etc .%高校教师的个人发展有赖于高校教师职业生涯的有效指导与规划。本文针对社会、高校、教师对高校教师职业生涯规划与设计存在的认识误区,结合瑞士学者休伯曼的“职业生涯管理理论”,以福建师范大学教师教学发展中心的实践探索为基础,提出应当尊重教师职业生命周期,遵循教师职业生涯发展的动态性和教师自身发展的阶段性特点,合理帮助高校教师规划职业生涯,较大限度地激发其发展潜质。从强化发展理论,合理设计阶段性培养方式,搭建教师交流平台,设立教学能力提升项目等方面提出高校教师职业生涯管理与发展的实现途径。
