小学教育专业学生教师职业技能培养对策研究

摘要

要克服目前小学教育专业在学生教师职业技能培养上存在的问题，必须完善人才培养方案，改革专业课程体系；必须设置教师职业技能培训中心，建立完善的教师职业技能培养组织管理体系；必须全面开展学生教师职业技能的测试，组织开展各种教师职业技能竞赛活动；必须科学安排学生的模拟实习、教育实习和顶岗实习，努力在教育教学实践中提升学生的教师职业技能。%To overcome the existed problems in teachers professional skills training of primary school education major,we must perfect the talent training program and reform the professional curriculum system.We must set a center for teacher’s career skills training,establish a perfect organization and management system of teacher’s career skills training,and fully carry out a test of teacher’s career skills for the students and organize various activities of teacher’s career skills competitions.We should also arrange simulated practice,teaching practice and internship for the students and put an effort to enhance the student’s vo-cational skills of teachers in the teaching practice.
