Luo Zhou-zhong, as the teaching theory and practice of China’s modern educator, has embodied the value orientation of humanistic education:the teaching purpose of promoting the growth of the value,the value for life preparation courses,the teaching method of“Learning in the process of doing,teaching in the process of doing”,and the teaching organ-ization of “teaching is not limited to the school,teaching is not limited to the classroom”,the teaching evaluation of “exclu-ding fraction of teaching”.Luo Zhou-zhong has emphasized the rural education reform of the humanism teaching philosophy and practice,which would provide informative experience for the reform of the basic education in China today.%我国近代教育家罗辀重的教学理念与实践体现着人本教育的价值取向:长成价值的教学目的、为生活准备的课程价值、“在做上学,在做上教”的教学方法、“施教不限于校内,教学不限于课中”的教学组织、“无分数教学”的教学评价。罗辀重注重人本教学理念与实践的乡村教育改革,能为当今中国基础教育的改革提供参考性的经验。
