特殊教育学校教师职业承诺研究

摘要

梳理我国目前关于特殊教育学校教师职业承诺研究的现状，从特殊教育学校教师的心理健康方面、职业承诺的现状和特点，以及职业承诺与职业倦怠和社会支持的关系角度进行研究，并对今后的特殊教育学校教师职业承诺的研究作出展望。%Carding the status of our relationship research on special education school career commitment of teachers, it should be studied from the following aspects: mental health, status and characteristics of special education school teachers'professional commitment, as well as professional commitment and burnout and social support in hopes to provide reference to the future.
