The concept of the similarity relation of linear operators is introduced, which is similar with the similarity relation of matrices.Some properties and characteristic theorem of similar linear operators can be ob-tained.%采用类比的方法，研究了线性变换的相似关系，给出了相似线性变换的基本性质以及特征定理。
