对唐山市某地埋管地源热泵系统的整个夏季运行能效进行了远程监测和评价分析.结果表明,该系统夏季能效状况欠佳,系统平均COP为2.6,且32%学生对空调效果表示不满意.除了设计和施工因素之外,地源热泵系统的节能性在很大程度上还取决于管理和运行模式.管理人员应根据实际空调参数变化合理调节运行模式,尽量保证系统在高负荷比状态下工作,避免不必要的水泵和机组耗电量.对于大规模地埋管地源热泵系统,应当合理设置地温监测点,以便及时调控系统运行状况,保证系统的长期稳定性和节能性.%Monitors and analyzes the summer operation performance of a practical ground source heat pump system in Tangshan. Results show that the average COP is 2.35 and 32% of students are not satisfied with the status of air conditioning in buildings. Energy saving of a GSHP system depends greatly on its operation and management level, except for design and construction factors. Recommends the managers maintain an optimal operation mode based on the variation of air-conditioning parameters, in order to guarantee that the system works under high load ratios and to avoid the undesired electrical energy consumption of pumps and heat pump units. For a large-scale GSHP system, the ground temperature monitoring points should be considered in order to adjust the system operation and guarantee a better reliability and energy efficiency.
