依法治国背景下的高校统战工作法制化创新研究

摘要

从十八大四中全会专题讨论依法治国的大背景切入，通过对依法治国方略的理论框架及其原则要素的梳理，并结合当下教育体制改革不断推进的时代趋势下高校提升竞争力的发展诉求和适应改革的需要，总结历史经验和现实问题，理论联系实际，探索如何在依法治国方略的政策背景和时代潮流下不断推进高校统战工作法制化创新机制的路径对策。%The paper starts from the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth Thematic Discussion of “ruling the country according to law”, goes by the needs of the rule of law strategy, the theoretical framework and the principle and factors of combing the colleges and Universities under the present educational system reform to continuously promote the trend of the times to enhance the competitiveness of development demands and adapt to the reform. It summarizes the historical experience and the reality of the problem, the combination of theory and practice, to explore how the strategy policy background and the trend of the times continue to promote the work of the United Front in Colleges and universities legal system innovation countermeasures of governing the country according to law.
