宁红欣与利血宝治疗肾性贫血的疗效

摘要

Objective　To compare the efficacy of Ninghongxin(a kind of domestic rhu-EPO) and Lixuebao in treatment of renal anemia.Methods　120 patients with renal anemia were randomly divided to receive Ninghongxin (n=60) in a dose of 2000U,three times every week for 12 weeks, and Lixuebao (n=60) in a dose of 3000U,twice every week for 12 weeks.Results　After treatment, the total effective rate of Ninghongxin was 86.7 %，the effective rate was 55 %.The total effective rate of Lixuebao was 85 %, the effective rate was 50 %.There is no significant difference between all parameters of the two groups.Conclusion　The study showed that the efficacy of Ninghongxin in the treatment of renal anemia is as effective as those of Lixuebao in doses stated above.%目的比较宁红欣（国产红细胞生成素）和利血宝治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法选择肾性贫血120例，随机分为宁红欣（2000U,皮下注射,每周3次）治疗组60例和利血宝（3000U,皮下注射,每周2次）对照组60例,均治疗12周。结果与治疗前比较，宁红欣总有效率86.7 %，显效率55.0 %。利血宝总有效率85.0 %，显效率50.0 %。两组间上述参数在治疗前、治疗后4、8、12周均无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论宁红欣治疗肾性贫血与利血宝疗效基本相当。
